Vitalis facilitates connections with licensed independent medical professionals. Clinical decisions are made solely by those professionals. Vitalis does not practice medicine.

Not emergency care

Vitalis is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to an emergency room.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for providing accurate health information.

Limitations

REQUIRES PROFESSIONAL REVIEW: Final terms of service must be reviewed by legal counsel before production launch.
